Panasonic and Best 4 Business Communications have now made the amalgamation of various CRM software and communication software easier than ever with the introduction of Panasonic Go Connect.

Go Connect is a state of the art desktop based Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) product. Go connect has been designed to help you get the most out of your Panasonic business telephone system by linking it with your IT infrastructure. Whether you have a Panasonic NCP, or Panasonic TDE digital PBX, B4BC can install the Go Connect software for your business.

Panasonic Go Connect can help your business in the following ways;

-       Making calls from your PC is very straightforward with Go Connect for Panasonic. It has been proven in various trials that Go Connect will increase your productivity by saving you time and reducing the number of misdialled numbers.

-       Panasonic Go Connect can be used to inform the user who is calling before they answer the phone. This can prove beneficial in many ways. This allows the user to be more prepared for any call which they may receive, and can also be a huge help when you are busy working on a project it can allow you to be selective about which calls to answer. Also, it can allow the user to greet the caller in a more personal way. When receiving a call it is very easy to store the caller’s name for future use. Also with CRM integration, callers’ details are quickly searched and displayed.

-       The Call history window is also incredibly useful for quick reference, this contains a list of an extension user’s recent calls. By default, the most recent 50 calls are displayed.
Users can page through to see earlier calls. Users can make calls directly from the Call history window.
