You can also change your own status at any time in just a few simple clicks! Going over to your personal icon in the top right corner of the application, you can choose to display as available, away or do not disturb. You also have the option to write a message to inform your colleagues of what you’re currently doing. For example, you may set your status to “do not disturb – in a meeting”.

Staying in touch

There is a search bar in the top left corner which allows you to easily search through your contacts. You can begin typing the name or number and you’ll see the contact appear. When you hover your mouse over the user, you will see a list of options, including making a call, sending an SMS or an email.

This feature also allows you to dial an outside number just how you’d use any other phone. All of your incoming and outgoing calls can be dealt with straight from any of your devices.

It can be frustrating and confusing to have multiple applications or tabs open, with alerts for different notifications appearing from them all. Or having calls come through on your work mobile, with emails on your laptop. With our team collaboration tool, moving between apps or devices is no longer needed.

It’s possible to chat, call, video conference and more all from the same place. This means that all of your notifications will now be available in one location.

Additionally, you have the option to add a post-it note in this menu. These can be used as a personal reminder for yourself or a message for a colleague.
