There is a search bar in the top left corner which allows you to easily search through your contacts. You can begin typing the name or number and you’ll see the contact appear. When you hover your mouse over the user, you will see a list of options, including making a call, sending an SMS or an email.
This feature also allows you to dial an outside number just how you’d use any other phone. All of your incoming and outgoing calls can be dealt with straight from any of your devices.
It can be frustrating and confusing to have multiple applications or tabs open, with alerts for different notifications appearing from them all.
